I have tried several different diet and exercise routines throughout the past couple of years in order to lose some weight and get into better shape. It usually goes OK for a couple of weeks and then I start to lose my motivation.
Today I was sitting around thinking “What will keep me consistently motivated to so I continue my diet and exercise routine?”…eventually I got distracted and started poking around on YouTube…I stumbled upon this video and it really opened my eyes…there really is something out there that I know will keep me motivated and on track for a healthier lifestyle!!
A few minutes later and I stumbled across this video…now I can’t wait to get started…I’m going out right now to get a yoga matt!!
